The Thanksgiving dinner on the beach, complete with live music, created a nice family experience. The attentive service and beautiful surroundings made it special.

I had an amazing group trip here, and it exceeded my expectations from previous visits. The staff was friendly, always greeting us with smiles. The food was great, with plenty of delicious options at the buffets and restaurants.

System including pool area very well maintained. The two buffet restaurants and the a la carte restaurants were very nice and well-kept. Nice meals. The rooms generous.

The place is getting old (we have been here several times before). The bathrooms are in need of renovation (no separate shower!!). The à la carte restaurant Vento unclean and not recommended (building dust, debris on the benches) !

We enjoyed exquisite dining options, from the very nice Argentinian cuisine at The Grill to the lively buffet at Naos. Our butler, Leonel, turned our stay into a nice adventure, offering personalized touches and local insights. Don't miss Gabi Beach for fine beach views during meals!

A fine tropical setting with beautifully maintained grounds and a serene beach, this place shines. The staff exemplify dedication, always smiling despite the apparent understaffing. The dining options could be improved, especially at the buffet. A stay here promises relaxation amid lovely views and lovely interactions with hardworking employees.

Great beach access and friendly staff, but pool cleanliness could improve a bit.

The room was lovely, surrounded by beautiful hotel. Staff members at the Sunrise Bar were attentive, particularly Juan Batista and his associate. Oscar Polanco and Junior Rosario at Z Bar crafted some of the best espresso martinis. The local fish served at the dining venues was a delight. The check-in process was a bit slow, and some amenities felt dated. It's a wonderful place that needs minor improvements to perfect the experience.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the resort. The toddler loved the large kiddie pool complete with fun slides and a pirate ship. There were also plenty of activities for us adults to enjoy, like themed dinners at the a la carte restaurants, where we particularly enjoyed The Grille steakhouse.

My wife says that the breakfast options were a bit lacking.

Recommend it for couples wanting a good time

The resort had fantastic facilities, especially the beach area where I was like I was really getting away from everything. My partner and I got an unexpected upgrade to a luxury suite, like something you don't quite earn, you know?

It wasn't exactly pocket change, but given the experience, I guess I settled with it.

Awesome services here, and don't get us started on the pool-it's top-notch! the breakfast is a real winner, especially with the omelet station and hot dishes 🍳.

The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring an amazing stay. The royal service staff and our butler, Steve, were attentive to our needs. The beach was well-kept and the resort felt safe day and night.
